What is your returns policy?

Thank you for shopping with Plus HQ, I hope you adore your purchase. However, if you are not 100% happy, you have the following options:

If you would like to return a garment, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of the product. You will be issued with a Return Reference Number (RRN) and details of where to return your item to. The RRN will be required to be noted with your return.

We will happily exchange for you if the correct size is still available. If the item is no longer available we can issue you with a full refund less the shipping costs. The exchange item will be sent to you upon receipt of the original purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returns.

Do you offer Layby?

Plus HQ offer an eight week layby. 20% deposit and fortnightly payments. To begin a layby, please contact us and we can organise for you. If layby is cancelled a $15 admin fee will be charged.

How long does it take before I get my goods?

Within Australia you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 days if you pay by credit card.

For international orders. Expect to receive your order within two weeks (depending on local postal services in your country)

How much does postage cost?

Plus HQ ship anywhere in Australia for a flat rate fee of $10.00 AUD.

Spend over $150 and receive FREE postage (Within Australia Only)

Plus HQ ship internationally for a flat rate fee of $30.00 AUD

What payment options do you offer?

Pay by Credit Card, Visa or Mastercard or Paypal (Standard or Express) using our secure and trusted web payment provider. You may also arrange to pay direct deposit to our bank account. Orders paid for by direct deposit will not be processed until payment is cleared. If you would prefer to make your order over the phone, you may do so by calling 1300 884 742.

What if you don’t have an item in stock?

Some of our garments can be reordered. Some of the styles we stock start smaller and go larger. Send us an email and we will do our best to get items in for you.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes if your purchase is for a gift, please send me a quick email after your order and I will gift wrap and include a card and send it straight to the lucky person.

Do you offer personalised fitting?

Yes, if you are interested in a specific garment. Send me your measurements and I will suggest the most appropriate sizing for you.
